We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers.
  • Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers from application to onboarding.
  • Source active and passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and industry networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and generate recruiting analytics and reports.
  • Manage vendor/agency relationships and optimize external search partnerships.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, employment laws, and competitive market nsights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing—corporate or agency backgrounds are welcome.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCims and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with candidates and internal teams/ leadership.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative TA team environment.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and basic Boolean searches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events or team collaboration.

  • Salary range is $70K to $80K annually.
