Job Title: Field Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Sr Manager, Field Recruiting (Field TA Manager)

Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

The Field Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process for hourly field positions and acts as a first-line resource for field users navigating the Applicant Tracking System. This role ensures hourly job postings are accurate and timely, provides field-level ATS support, and contributes to a smooth candidate experience and hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation and maintenance of hourly job postings across various locations and platforms.
  • Monitor posting performance and partner with recruiters or managers to ensure optimal visibility and applicant flow.
  • Act as a front-line support contact for field users needing assistance with ATS navigation, job requisition creation, or candidate movement.
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues or escalate technical problems as needed.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications as requested.
  • Support TA documentation and training efforts related to hourly hiring tools and workflows.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in hourly job descriptions and templates.
  • Assist with career fairs, community hiring events, and local partnerships (e.g., schools, workforce development centers)
  • Lead or co-lead training sessions and onboarding for new TA team members and field users on system usage, hiring processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to travel in the market, occasionally as needed to support Operations Hiring/Recruiting Needs
  • Referral reporting and processing; partnering with HRIS Specialist and Payroll
  • Support and Assist team with priority Management Hiring request, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or ATS administration, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; comfort supporting non-HR users.
  • Excellent organizational skills, administrative tracking skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
