Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company’s hiring strategythrough deep market research, data-driven insights, and strategic talent mapping. The analyst willsupport the ST6 recruiting team in sourcing strategy and sourcing execution of top talent for keypositions. This role is designed for a highly analytical individual who excels at identifying top talent,leveraging industry intelligence, and optimizing sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at using research tools and databases to build a pipeline of high-potential candidates that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively sources and attracts top talent through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline for key hiring needs.
  • Conducts market research and leverages internal and external data sources to identify, attract,and engage top talent.
  • Manages and maintains the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, andintegrity to support effective talent acquisition efforts.
  • Executes high-volume recruitment efforts, consistently meeting or exceeding hiring productivitygoals across supported companies.
  • Ensures high-quality hiring outcomes by consistently selecting and securing candidates whothrive in their roles, contributing to strong employee retention across supported companies.
  • Sourcing: Supplements candidate flow and enhances candidate pool by actively connecting withand engaging potential qualified candidates.
  • Talent assessment: Assesses employee talent to align with organizational goals and developmentneeds.
  • Project management: Manages projects efficiently, ensuring completion on time and withinbudget constraints.
  • Talent Market Mapping: Conducts talent market mapping to identify and track high-potentialcandidates, using industry data and research tools to support hiring strategies.
  • Analytically savvy & data driven: Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make informeddecisions and drive business strategies.
  • Attention to detail: Involves a meticulous approach to work, prioritizing accuracy andthoroughness to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years in Talent Acquisition
