Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead Talent Acquisition Operations and Programs from Waltham, MA. You will build scalable recruiting infrastructure, optimize ATS and data reporting, and partner with HR, Legal, IT, and Finance to align hiring priorities with business goals.

You will drive candidate experience, interview process improvements, and TA governance while overseeing vendors and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations experience.
Experience leading programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives in TA/HR.
Deep expertise with recruiting technologies, system integrations, and TA analytics; Greenhouse experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance, audit readiness, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and evolve the talent acquisition operations strategy to support growth and scalability.
Own end-to-end TA operations infrastructure from requisition to onboarding, ensuring clear workflows and approvals.
Optimize TA technology ecosystem, including ATS, integrations, reporting, and data integrity.
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to translate hiring priorities into effective execution.
Design and implement scalable recruiting programs, governance, and SOPs to ensure consistent hiring across functions and geographies.
Lead TA programs, including interview experience, branding, referrals, early talent programs, and internships.
