Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics, based in Waltham, MA, is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs to build scalable recruiting infrastructure and drive data-informed decision making across the organization.

You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders to translate hiring priorities into effective execution, foster continuous improvement, and implement AI-enabled capabilities that enhance candidate experience and recruiting velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR operations.
• Experience leading programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives in TA.
• Deep expertise with recruiting technologies, reporting tools, and analytics; Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience in biotechnology or life sciences environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and evolve the TA operations strategy to support growth and scalability.
• Own end-to-end TA operations infrastructure from requisition creation to onboarding, ensuring clear workflows.
• Own and optimize TA technology ecosystem, including ATS, integrations, reporting, and data integrity.
• Partner with HR leadership and business partners to translate hiring priorities into effective execution.
• Design and improve end-to-end recruiting programs and candidate experience across functions and geographies.
• Lead governance, vendor management, and compliance to ensure audit-ready TA processes.
