Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a detail‑driven Recruiting Coordination professional to join our Talent Acquisition team in Ohio on a contract‑to‑hire basis. You’ll own scheduling, analytics and scorecards for technology and executive roles, collaborating with recruiters and leaders to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in recruiting coordination, excellent Excel/Workday skills, and a proven ability to manage complex calendars and confidential

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or similar administrative role.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars for senior and executive leaders.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, including dashboard creation.
• Experience designing or managing interview scorecards or structured feedback processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule complex, multi-panel interviews across time zones for technology and executive roles.
• Manage interview logistics, including virtual setups, onsite visits, travel and candidate itineraries.
• Serve as main contact for candidates on scheduling with professional and discreet communication.
• Build recruiting reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, time to fill and offers.
