Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations NAM/LAC in the United States (O’Fallon, MO). You will lead the NAM/LAC TA Operations team, drive service excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across the hiring lifecycle from recruitment through Day 1 onboarding.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, stakeholder management, process optimization, and partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, and Technology to deliver a seamless, scalable hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, or related operational teams.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on service excellence and process improvement.
• Experience implementing process enhancements, standardization initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NAM/LAC Talent Acquisition Operations team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure the successful execution of TA Operations services supporting the hiring lifecycle through Day 1 onboarding.
• Drive operational excellence through adherence to standardized processes, controls, governance, and service level expectations.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to provide a seamless hiring experience.
• Manage workforce capacity, workload balancing, and resource planning across the regional team.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Monitor operational performance, service metrics, and stakeholder feedback, proactively addressing risks, escalations, and service issues.
• Support executive hiring activities, acquisitions, audits, and other initiatives requiring specialized operational support.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team.
