Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior People Specialist to support critical people priorities across the Services business. The role collaborates with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and executive leaders to land programs with excellence and speed.

You will analyze headcount, costs and engagement data, prepare insights for PBPs, and help drive organizational health initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and high judgment across fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own timely execution of day-to-day People Strategy deliverables for the Services business.
• Manage cyclical people processes with attention to detail and readiness across leaders.
• Support organizational effectiveness, structure design, and leadership enablement.
• Build executive-ready materials and analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze headcount, cost, attrition, hiring and engagement data to derive insights.
