Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting operations or HR analytics experience.
• Experience in financial services, professional services, or other highly regulated, high-volume hiring.
• Proven ability to build and scale recruiting processes to a governed, metrics-driven operation.
• Advanced proficiency with an enterprise ATS (Workday Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, or Greenhouse).
• Strong analytical skills, including data governance; proficiency in Excel; Tableau a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting operations design, including requisition management, offer processing, and onboarding handoffs.
• Lead TA-wide initiatives spanning the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle and governance.
• Design, document, and improve recruiting workflows for consistency and compliance across business lines.
• Own ATS and prioritize recruiting technology strategy in partnership with the Talent Solutions Architect.
• Establish data governance for Talent Acquisition and develop TA dashboards for leadership.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory obligations in financial services.
• Influence senior TA and HR stakeholders with data-backed business cases.
