Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Business, Analytics)
• 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition analytics or workforce analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint
• Experience building executive dashboards and KPI scorecards
• Proven ability to present complex data to senior leaders
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and BI reporting tools
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills
• Automation and data-visualization experience required

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-level reporting on hiring and retention metrics
• Lead complex TA analytics projects informing hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Design and automate data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
• Develop automated reporting packages and executive presentations
• Improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy through automation
• Deliver proactive insights to leadership on hiring performance and retention risks
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate questions into analytics projects
• Manage analytics workstreams with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables
