Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights for hiring strategy, workforce planning, and retention decisions. This role leads analytics projects end-to-end, partnering with TA leaders, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.

You will own executive reporting, develop automated solutions, and deliver dashboards and insights that influence workforce decisions across the organization. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-level reporting and presentations on hiring and retention metrics.
• Lead complex analyses of recruiting and workforce data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Design and automate data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Develop automated reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Own analytics workstreams for workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
