Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights and executive reporting across TA, workforce planning, and retention. You will own analytics projects from scope to delivery, partner with HR and Finance teams, and build automated solutions to improve hiring outcomes.

The role emphasizes predictive analytics, dashboards, and governance across HRIS/ATS data, with a focus on timely, accurate executive reporting and strategic workforce intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition analytics or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-level reporting and presentations on hiring and retention metrics.
• Lead analyses of recruiting, workforce data and forecasting; identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and automate dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and related tools.
• Create automated executive reporting packages and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and timely, accurate reporting across systems.
• Deliver weekly to annual Talent Acquisition and retention reports for leadership.
