Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports evening, weekend, and holiday shifts and requires the ability to stand for long periods. Competitive starting pay ranges with bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Ability to analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs
