Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, driving a high-energy sales floor and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-changing wireless retail environment.

You will coach associates, monitor performance, and help the team meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
