Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in South Lake Tahoe, CA to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will coach and motivate the sales team, analyze performance, and ensure a professional store environment that aligns with brand standards.

This position requires evening, weekend and holiday availability, the ability to stand for long periods, and the fitness to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs
