Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in creating an outstanding customer experience and driving sales.

You will lead and coach the team on the floor, analyze performance, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring a professional store environment. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods; able to lift/move 20lbs.

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $18.00 - $26.00

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
