Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in running a dynamic retail space. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals.

The position requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.

• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)


• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs
