Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Monterey, CA is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-growing wireless environment.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to coach a team on the sales floor. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is essential to meet store goals and serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs
