Qualifications

• Five+ years of billing/accounting experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist Billing Manager with T&M billings and cost recovery.
• Research and resolve job/project cost issues through analysis.
• Prepare monthly billing projections and submit invoices on time.
• Assist PMs with Job Cost reports and change order logs.
