Job summary

TMEIC Corporation Americas seeks an analytical Project Administrator to provide administrative and project support for engineering, commissioning, and project management activities in Georgia. The role focuses on ERP-based task creation, budgeting, agreements, and billing events.

You will verify purchase orders, manage delivery dates with sourcing, track budgets, forecast reserves, and prepare site memos and project folders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
• 3 years’ related work experience.
• Proficiency in ERP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to travel domestically, less than 5%, sometimes with limited notice.

Responsibilities

• Originate projects in ERP with tasks, budgets, agreements, and billing events, retaining and archiving supporting information.
• Verify Terms & Conditions on purchase orders, identify risks, resolve issues or escalate per guidelines prior to order entry.
• Identify delivery dates for each project task and confirm with Sourcing that POs are issued timely based on required delivery.
• Issue invoices when contractual billing requirements are met and obtain tax certificates if required.
• Track performance against task budgets, report variances to project management, and update forecast budget as directed.
• Forecast reserves and accruals for projects as necessary.
• Review unit reports, identify problems, validate with engineers and managers, and correct as needed.
• Create electronic project folders and site memos, and update project information in the server.
