Job summary

ImmunEdge, Inc. in Redwood City seeks a Scientist specializing in T cell biology to join our Cellular Pharmacology team. You will design and execute experiments, translating findings into mechanistic insights to advance our antibody-based programs.

The ideal candidate has a PhD in immunology or related field and up to 3 years postdoctoral or industry experience, with hands-on experience in primary human immune cells, multi-color flow cytometry, and functional assays.

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology, cancer biology, molecular and cellular biology, or related discipline with independent research.
• 0–3 years postdoctoral or industry experience; postdocs welcome but not required.
• Hands-on experience isolating and culturing primary human immune cells.
• Experience developing and executing T cell functional assays (activation, proliferation, polarization, TDCC).
• Proficiency with immunoassays and multi-color/spectral flow cytometry, ELISA, and plate-based assays.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research questions by designing, executing, and troubleshooting in vitro T cell and myeloid assays.
• Contribute to screening and characterization workflows and communicate findings internally and externally.
• Generate high-quality data for IND-enabling studies and maintain thorough documentation.
