Job summary

Net at Work is seeking an experienced AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator to design and deliver AI training, executive briefings, and hands-on sessions that help clients adopt AI tools in their workflows.

You will translate business needs into AI workflows, customize materials for executives and end users, and educate on responsible AI practices while partnering with consulting, governance, and project teams. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology training or client enablement.
• Experience with generative AI tools and AI workflows.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI training, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Facilitate AI use-case discovery and hands-on sessions.
• Identify practical AI opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Translate business needs into AI workflows and training materials.
• Customize training for executives, managers, and end users.
• Educate on responsible AI practices including privacy and bias.
• Collaborate with consulting, governance, and sales teams.
• Track adoption and outcomes and provide follow-up coaching.
