Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking an entry to early-career Systems Trainer / Administrator to build and run a unified adoption program across the company.

You will partner with the Director of Sales Performance to design company-wide training on core platforms and workflows, ensuring every function is trained on how tools are used and why it matters to business processes. Qualifications

• ATS or CRM familiarity: Hands-on user of JobDiva, Bullhorn, or Salesforce. Administrator rights are not required.
• Sales engagement tooling: Exposure to Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, or ZoomInfo
• Microsoft 365 confidence: Teams, Bookings, signatures, calendar, and extensions
• Presentation ability: Able to walk a small group through a process and write a simple job aid
• Interest in AI tools: Already uses them and wants to help others adopt them

Responsibilities

• Builds and delivers relevant, up-to-date, hands-on training on MMI's in-house systems (JobDiva, Apollo, Sense, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI) for Sales, Recruiting, and CDMs with broader support as needed.
• Creates onboarding paths and ongoing education to ramp new hires on core systems and keep current staff up to date as tools evolve.
• Develops SOPs for prospecting, account management, market intelligence, automation, and AI in collaboration with departments.
• Produces live sessions, recordings, job aids, process maps, and knowledge assessments for each system and process.
• Serves as subject-matter expert and first point of contact for system questions; coordinates rollout of new technology with pilots and communications.
• Maintains a centralized learning library and updates content as tools and processes change.
