Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Systems Training & Digital Adoption Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that drive adoption of business systems and processes.

This role partners with Continuous Improvement and SMEs to create role-based training, digital adoption content, and performance support resources that improve employee readiness, system proficiency and business performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and developing learning solutions in corporate/technical environments.
• Experience creating eLearning for enterprise software, ERP/CRM/HCM.
• Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with major eLearning tools listed above.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers learning solutions to drive system adoption.
• Partners with SMEs and Improvement teams to analyze workflows.
• Delivers instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Develops eLearning, videos, job aids, and guides.
• Manages digital adoption content and performance support resources.
• Evaluates learning effectiveness and adoption metrics.
