Responsibilities

  • Builds and delivers relevant, up-to-date, hands-on training on MMI's in-house systems (JobDiva, Apollo, Sense, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI) for Sales, Recruiting, and CDMs with broader support as needed.
  • Creates onboarding paths and ongoing education to ramp new hires on core systems and keep current staff up to date as tools evolve.
  • Develops SOPs for prospecting, account management, market intelligence, automation, and AI in collaboration with departments.
  • Produces live sessions, recordings, job aids, process maps, and knowledge assessments for each system and process.
  • Serves as subject-matter expert and first point of contact for system questions; coordinates rollout of new technology with pilots and communications.
  • Maintains a centralized learning library and updates content as tools and processes change.

Job description

  • Audience: Sales, Recruiting, CDMs, Operations, Compliance, Finance, HR, Marketing, and leadership
Role Purpose

The Systems Trainer / Administrator exists to build and run a single adoption program across MMI. Partnering with the Director of Sales Performance, this person develops company-wide training on MMI platforms, operating processes, and ways of working, and ensures that training reaches every function.

The role connects the front, middle, and back office so employees understand how their work fits into the full business process. Training goes beyond button clicks. The objective is that each employee understands how a platform is used and why it matters to the work happening upstream and downstream.

Scope: Who This Role Trains

The curriculum is role based and covers the full organization.

  • Revenue teams: Sales, Recruiting, and CDMs
  • Middle and back office: Operations, Compliance, and Finance
  • Corporate functions: HR and Marketing
  • Leadership: Managers who own adoption inside their teams
  • New and tenured staff: Structured onboarding paths plus ongoing education
Core Responsibilities
Training and Enablement

Supports onboarding for new and existing hires through structured training on MMI's core systems and platforms, alongside broader enablement.

  • Systems training: Builds and delivers relevant, up-to-date, hands-on training on MMI's in-house systems, JobDiva (ATS/CRM), Apollo.io, Sense, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI dashboards, Companion, CoPilot and Ropes, for Sales, Recruiting, and CDMs, with support extended to Operations, HR, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership as needed.
  • Onboarding and ongoing education: Creates introductory, platform-based trainings to ramp new hires on core systems, plus continuing education to keep current employees up to date as tools evolve.
  • Sales enablement: Works alongside departments to create SOPs for prospecting, account management, market intelligence, automation, and AI.
  • Content development: Produces live sessions, recordings, job aids, process maps, and knowledge assessments for each system and process.
Systems Ownership
  • Subject-matter expert: Become the internal expert and administrator for core MMI platforms
  • First point of contact: Answer system questions before they escalat e to IT or outside vendors
  • Rollout coordination: Run new technology launches, including pilot groups, communications, office hours, and follow-up training
  • Library ownership: Maintain a centralized MMI learning library and update content as technology and processes change
Adoption and Measurement
  • Gap identification: Partner with the Director of Sales Performance and department leaders to surface adoption gaps, inefficient workflows, and training needs
  • End-to-end process fluency: Train employees on how information flows between the front, middle, and back office
  • Utilization tracking: Monitor platform usage by team and by role
  • Performance impact: Determine whether training is changing behavior and improving results, then adjust accordingly
  • Reporting cadence: Report adoption and utilization findings to Simon and department leaders on a set schedule
  • Live and recorded training: Sessions by role, plus a library of on-demand recordings
  • Job aids and process maps: Quick-reference guides that show each step end to end
  • Knowledge assessments: Checks that confirm the training landed
  • MMI learning library: One central home, kept current as tools and processes change
  • Rollout support: Communications, pilot groups, office hours, and follow-up
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
