Advantage Technical in Acton, MA, is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer Test Technician to support product development, verification testing, and laboratory operations in a fast-paced engineering environment. This temporary, onsite role offers collaboration with engineers and technical teams on new product development and improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials and schedules, setting up test fixtures, executing tests, and documenting results, plus assisting with V&V

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in lab, testing, manufacturing, or R&D.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and test schedules for RD testing.
• Set up and maintain test fixtures and lab equipment.
• Execute manual and automated tests and document results.
• Assist with V&V activities and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot basic testing issues and collect logs.
• Prepare technical reports and test findings.
