Advantage Technical seeks a Systems Engineer Test Technician Lead in Acton, MA for an onsite temporary role. You will support product development, lab operations, testing activities, and prototype builds in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in lab/testing/engineering support, strong documentation, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word). Preferred skills include Python, CAD (SolidWorks), Git, Jenkins, and 3D printing.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years lab/testing/engineering support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and testing projects by preparing materials, equipment, and test environments.
• Build and maintain test fixtures, laboratory equipment, and device prototypes.
• Execute manual and automated testing and document results.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and assist with verification activities.
• Create test reports and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gage R&R studies, and validation activities.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure laboratory readiness.
• Maintain safe, organized laboratory operations following 5S practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and verify solutions.
