This temporary position suits candidates with laboratory, testing, quality, or engineering support experience who enjoy hands-on technical work and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with pay at $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of laboratory, testing, manufacturing, or engineering support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, equipment, and test environments for projects.
• Build and maintain test fixtures, laboratory equipment, and prototypes.
• Conduct manual and automated testing and document results accurately.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and assist with verifications.
• Create test reports and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Support MSA, Gage R&R studies, and validation activities.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure lab readiness.
• Maintain safe, organized laboratory operations following 5S.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and verify solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer Test Technician Lead to support product development, laboratory operations, testing activities, and prototype builds in a fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering and testing projects by preparing materials, equipment, and test environments
• Build and maintain test fixtures, laboratory equipment, and device prototypes
• Execute manual and automated testing and accurately document results
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and assist with verification activities
• Create test reports and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gage R&R studies, and validation activities
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure laboratory readiness
• Maintain safe, organized, and efficient laboratory operations following 5S practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and verify solutions

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of laboratory, testing, manufacturing, or engineering support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical device manufacturing
• Knowledge of Python, CAD software (SolidWorks), Git, Jenkins, or similar technical tools
• Experience with 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and equipment maintenance
