Accurate Personnel is hiring a System Support Supervisor in Nazareth, PA to assist the IT Manager in configuring and maintaining system and network infrastructures. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to work independently or in a team to achieve goals.

The role requires 4+ years in system support, experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, and Exchange, and comfort working in a distribution center environment with heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows OS and Office applications.
• Experience with switches, routers, access points, and related network tech.
• 4+ years in system support, including Windows servers, Active Directory and Exchange.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain tech to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, handhelds, and servers.
• Support AGV hardware and related systems.
• Configure and monitor network infrastructure and devices.
• Manage user accounts in an enterprise environment.
• Set up RF and wireless devices and troubleshoot printers.
• Maintain phones and software upgrades; manage site licenses.
