Job summary

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a System Support Supervisor to assist the IT Manager in a fast-paced distribution center, configuring and maintaining system and network infrastructures, and providing Level 2/3 support while leading IT-related projects.

You will install and maintain Windows workstations, servers, AGV support, network devices, RF/wireless, printers, and phones; ensure security and backups; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years IT experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, handheld devices, and servers.
• Support AGV systems and warehouse IT devices.
• Configure and monitor network infrastructure including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
