Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor in Nazareth, PA to oversee nationwide service centers’ inventory accuracy and reporting. The role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to initiate and supervise inventory programs.

Responsibilities include tracking on-hand vs shipped quantities, maintaining 99.98% accuracy, supporting physical inventories, and traveling as needed to implement improvements and audits with the Inventory Control GM

Qualifications

• High computer literacy and proficiency with inventory software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience leading inventory-based programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service centers inventory accuracy nationwide (goal 99.98%).
• Track weeks on hand vs. shipped cases and service center capacity.
• Publish weekly reports and assist in physical inventories.
• Travel to sites as needed to support programs and audits.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control GM and regional teams.
