Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or technical support.
• Experience with PC/Laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Basic network and server knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience with Active Directory for Windows servers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain IT solutions at office, facility, and remote locations.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support across US facilities.
• Assist with server/network deployment and maintenance.
• Support UAT testing and post-change troubleshooting.
• Explain practices and policies to collaborators outside IT.
