Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Nazareth, PA is seeking a System Support Supervisor to assist the IT Manager in configuring and maintaining system and network infrastructures in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in system support with strong Windows, AD, and Exchange experience, plus solid networking skills and the ability to work independently or with a team. Travel may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in system support, with working knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and technical ability to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
• Warehouse IT experience and logistics understanding are a plus.
• Ability to work in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based workstations, handheld devices, and servers.
• Provide support to AGVs (Autonomous Guided Vehicles).
• Configure and monitor network infrastructure, equipment, and devices.
• Set up and maintain user accounts within an enterprise environment.
• Set up and implement RF and wireless devices.
• Set up and troubleshoot various printer technologies.
• Set up and maintain phones, both desk and cell.
• Perform and/or oversee software installation and upgrades.
• Maintain site licenses for departments and facilities.
• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify issues affecting operations.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, Run Books, and instructional sheets for IT items.
• Communicate issues to operations and leadership and implement preventive measures.
• Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and manufacturer standards.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
