Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a System Support Supervisor in Brighton, CO to manage a fast-paced IT environment and maintain system and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of IT experience with strong Windows OS, Active Directory, and Exchange skills.

You will install, configure, and support Windows workstations, servers, and network devices, including AGV systems. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience required.
• Strong Windows OS and office applications.
• Experience with network technologies (switches, routers, access points).
• Good written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, handheld devices, and servers.
• Provide support to AGV systems and related hardware.
• Configure and monitor enterprise network infrastructure and devices.
• Manage user accounts, RF/wireless devices, and printer technologies; maintain phones.
• Oversee software installation and upgrades; maintain site licenses.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
