Job summary

Credit Control, LLC. is seeking a Systems Support Specialist in Earth City, MO to maintain and troubleshoot in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. You will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware, while delivering end-user training and support to staff.

The role requires hands-on hardware troubleshooting, Windows experience, and strong problem-solving skills. A full-time, on-site schedule with rotating shifts and a 40-hour work week is offered with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Extensive equipment support experience with Windows.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and operating systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and OEM guides.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring PC and server performance.
Document hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
Develop long-term strategies and capacity planning for hardware needs.
Support new hardware installations and projects.
Maintain knowledge of hardware contracts and supervise installations.
Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
