Job summary

Credit Union is seeking a Systems Support Supervisor to lead the Systems Support function, ensuring availability, security, and continuous improvement of core business systems, ATM and payment platforms. You will guide a team, set priorities, and drive operational excellence across technology services.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and vendor management with experience in enterprise IT environments and a focus on security and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise systems or IT environments.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience managing technology projects, vendor relationships, and operational initiatives preferred.
• Financial institution technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate Systems Support staff and performance.
• Set departmental priorities, goals, service standards, and procedures.
• Oversee core processing system, ATM network, servers, databases, and related infrastructure.
• Lead issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical problems.
• Oversee testing, implementation, and maintenance of software updates and upgrades.
• Manage ATM operations, payment systems, and vendor-supported services.
• Lead technology projects with planning, resources, risk management, and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics and business requirements to identify opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical/operational issues.
• Develop and maintain department policies, controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and service providers on initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, info security standards, and audits.
• Participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity activities.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, vendor management, and strategic tech initiatives.
• Prepare management reports on performance, operations, and risks.
