Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Core Systems Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of core financial systems, ECM, eDocument, LOS and related platforms. You will manage data processing, drive efficiency and build trust with the team through coaching and collaboration.

Responsibilities include overseeing system stability, coordinating updates, ensuring service continuity, and maintaining audit-ready controls to support regulatory compliance and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Core System operations and projects.
• Manage core financial system, ECM, eDocument, LOS and related processes.
• Ensure data integrity, system availability and ITIL-aligned incident management.
• Coordinate updates, testing, patching and change control with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready controls and documentation for compliance.
