Job summary

Exacta Systems, part of Churchill Downs Incorporated, seeks a NOC Analyst to support the 2nd and 3rd shifts for our customer-facing Exacta team. You will monitor networks, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with IT and gaming operations to restore services quickly.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple incidents and channels simultaneously in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Network Operations Center or similar IT operations role.
• Bachelor’s/associate degree in IT or related field preferred; certifications considered.
• Experience with IT operations, network infrastructure, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident-management processes.
• Experience supporting production or customer-facing technology environments.
• HHR or regulated gaming experience is a plus but not required.
• ITIL Foundation or similar service-management knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, infrastructure, systems, applications, and gaming environments 24x7.
• Triage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and vendors during shifts.
• Escalate incidents appropriately and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain shift handoffs and incident documentation.
• Participate in change-management and root-cause analysis as needed.
