Aristocrat in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Systems Support Analyst I to help keep critical enterprise systems up and running 24/7. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, create service tickets, and coordinate with engineering and field teams.

The role requires an associate degree or 2+ years in IT, knowledge of networks, virtualization, SQL, and Kubernetes, and the ability to obtain a gaming license. Travel is 0-25% and a strong communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or 2+ years in related areas.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license where Class II products operate.
• Familiarity with networks, hardware, software; relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise systems to maintain availability.
• Respond to incidents via phone, email, monitoring tools, and tickets.
• Create and manage service tickets with proper documentation.
• Remotely troubleshoot servers and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate incident response, escalation, and resolution.
• Monitor alerts and follow incident management procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and field technicians to resolve issues.
• Support installations, configurations, upgrades, and documentation.
• Provide clear communication during outages and events.
• Adhere to remote access, security, and Tribal Gaming regulations.
• Analyze recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
