Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a technical professional to analyze DOORS data modules and prepare system qualification reports. You will interface with the Prime Contractor to ensure alignment with the U.S.

Government’s intent on requirements artifacts and coordinate with the USAF SPO on stakeholder needs. You will provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system through engineering development, deployment, and sustainment, working with a large team that delivers ICBM expertise and

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Master's.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS required.
• Direct experience with Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems preferred.
• Experience with MBSE and Cameo or other MBSE tools preferred.
• Experience with TPMs preferred.
• Experience with Risk Management preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Experience with SysML preferred.
• Must be a US citizen; active Secret/Top Secret eligibility; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DOORS data modules and prepare reports for System Qualifications.
• Interface with the Prime Contractor to ensure compliance with US Government requirements.
• Consult regularly with USAF SPO on stakeholder needs and requirements topics.
• Support a national security-critical weapon system during development, deployment and sustainment.
• Assist hundreds of personnel delivering ICBM expertise support.
• Perform Systems Requirements activities including design, build, test, transition and sustainment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Expertise and Functions

• Interface with the Prime Contractor to ensure it meets the U.S. Government’s intent with respect to requirements products and artifacts
• Consult regularly with the USAF's system program office (SPO) concerning external stakeholder needs andvarious requirements-related topics
• Provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system throughout engineering development, deployment, and sustainment
• Help support several hundred personnel providing the government with ICBM expertise
• Perform Systems Requirements activities including design, build, test, transition, and sustainment
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
• Master’s Degree preferred

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS required
• Direct experience with the Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems preferred
• Experience with MBSE and Dassault’s Cameo or other MBSE tools (Rhapsody, etc.) preferred
• Experience with Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) preferred
• Experience with Risk Management preferred

Security:

• Must be a US citizen
• Active Secret clearance with willingness/ability to obtain a Top Secret required
• Candidates with Top Secret clearance will be given preference

Physical Requirements:

• Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms

• Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
• Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)

• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary:

The projected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
