Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a technical/managerial professional to support the ICBM Sentinel program, ensuring requirements verification, TPMs, and risk management. The role interfaces with the Prime Contractor and the USAF SPO to align on government intent and artifacts.

The candidate should have MBSE experience (Cameo/Rhapsody), SysML proficiency, and DoD tooling expertise (DOORS). A US citizenship and security clearance readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or STEM field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related field experience required.
• Direct experience with Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems preferred.
• Experience with MBSE and Cameo or other MBSE tools preferred.
• Experience with TPMs and Risk Management preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS preferred.
• Experience with SysML preferred.

Description Expertise and Functions * Conduct requirements verification, Risk Management, and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)

Responsibilities

• Support the military customer's acquisition of the next-generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), the LGM-35A Sentinel system of systems
• Assist the United States Air Force (USAF) in managing internal program requirements, analyzing Prime contractor DOORS data modules and CAMEO/SysML models
• Prepare critical reports for System Qualification
• Serve as a key interface with the Prime Contractor to ensure alignment with U.S. Government intent regarding requirements products and artifacts, while consulting regularly with the USAF System Program Office (SPO) on stakeholder needs

Managerial Duties

• Direct employee workload to ensure productivity and performance against job description
• Engage to manage positive employee relations and workplace atmosphere; work to resolve any conflicts
• Conduct ongoing feedback - both informal and semiannual feedback, counseling for improvement if necessary
• Advise management as to which employees deserve recognition including but not limited to raises, promotions and awards
• Manage accuracy of employee timecards
• Ensure employees receive and perform any required training for both position and company needsGuide employees to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies/processes
• Serve as link between upper management and employees; disseminate company information as appropriate - goals/changes/updates/news
• Co-ordinate with Director and/or VP on corporate matters
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements Education/Training

• * Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or STEM field required
• Master's Degree in an engineering or STEM field preferred
• * 3+ years of experience in a related field required
• Direct experience with the Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems preferred
• Experience with MBSE and Dassault's Cameo or other MBSE tools (Rhapsody, etc.) preferred
• Experience with Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) preferred
• Experience with Risk Management preferred
• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS preferred
• Experience with SysML preferred

Security

• * Must be a US citizen
• Active Secret clearance with willingness/ability to obtain a Top Secret required
• Candidates with Top Secret clearance will be given preference

Physical Requirements

• * Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
• Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
• Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary

Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
