Job summary

State of Florida is seeking a Systems Project Analyst to provide server, desktop, and network support across multiple sites in the Central Region. You will install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, monitor network availability, and assist in security measures.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Office, and SCCM is required. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, systems analysis, and collaboration with IT staff to safeguard data and ensure continuity of operations in Orange

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows Server OS and endpoints running Windows OS.
Experience with Microsoft Office and OWA.
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Experience with backups and backup configurations.
Understanding of distributed processing operations and equipment.
Strong problem-solving abilities for IT systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow laws, rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair desktop, laptop, server, and IT hardware/software issues.
Install and maintain computer systems including hardware, software and network components.
Test and deploy software packages for workstation distribution and patching.
Support and monitor print servers; assist with network security measures.
