Job summary

FloridaCommerce in Tallahassee is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst II to join the Service Desk team. You will provide tier 1 and 2 support for LAN/WAN, software, hardware, and mobile devices, both in-person and remotely, and handle projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong SCCM, Active Directory, PowerShell, and ServiceNow experience, can communicate clearly, work independently, and lift up to 30 lbs. Pre-employment Level 2 background check required.

Qualifications

Must pass Level 2 background check (fingerprinting) and local/state/national records.
On-call and overtime may be required.
Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
Minimum 5 years of software and hardware desktop support.

Responsibilities

Provide tier 1 and 2 support for LAN/WAN, software, hardware, and mobile devices, in-person and remote.
Log, own, and resolve escalated issues in the service ticket system.
Maintain Windows 11 build/version, apply patches and upgrades.
Manage short-term IT Operations Service Desk projects.
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.
Provide hardware/software quotes and assist remote users.
