Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced IT Systems professional to support mid-range and mainframe platforms, focusing on software/hardware maintenance and deployment. You will work with SCCM, InTune, AD, and .NET-based tooling to ensure stable operations and successful upgrades.

Responsibilities include planning software releases, maintaining inventories, documenting procedures, and leading technical initiatives. Travel and on-call duties may be required as part of IT support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further degrees valued.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience stated.
• Experience with software deployment and system management emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new system software products and updates.
• Maintain inventory of products, release levels, and updates.
• Document operating procedures and maintain a technical library.
• Lead on chosen technology platforms within Systems Support.
• Coordinate disaster recovery preparation and testing.
• Develop budgets for area of responsibility with management.
