Responsibilities

• Leads/manages department staffing needs, including schedules, project assignments, productivity, interviews, hires, training, evaluations, salaries, and promotions.
• Display proficiency in recruitment, selection, motivation and development of staff.
• Oversees release updates, testing, documentation, and training for applications/vendors.
• Performs data entry automation design and system maintenance of master files.
• Develops, tests, and validates scripting routines that access and post files.
• Gathers data, analyzes problems, and defines system specs for department initiatives.
• Serves as liaison between IT and business to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborates with staff at all levels to determine technical solutions meeting business needs.
• Educates customers on complexities of project requirements and proposes alternatives.
• Participates in projects with documentation, plans, requirements, designs, and stakeholder communications.
