Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced IT Demand Management & Due Diligence professional to support intake, analysis, documentation, and coordination of IT requests. You will ensure submissions align with priorities, governance standards, and technology strategies.

Responsibilities include leading demand intake, developing business cases, coordinating due diligence activities, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in demand management or project coordination.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for requestors and guide Demand Management processes and expectations.
• Conduct demand intake and triage analysis to assess completeness, governance needs, and stakeholder routing.
• Partner with requestors to develop/refine business cases showing value, risk, alignment, and resource needs.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, reviews, meetings, and summarizing reports for decisions and contracting.
• Gather vendor and internal documentation to support evaluation, risk review, and decision-making.
• Lead due diligence meetings with requestors, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare due diligence summary reports documenting findings, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate stakeholder assessments and ensure feedback is captured and incorporated into reviews.
• Monitor demand tasks, workflows, and SLAs to ensure timely progression and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate demand documentation, status updates, and communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve Demand Management and Due Diligence processes.
