Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a systems-oriented professional to administer and manage LG computer systems, aligning technology with business processes across departments. You will coordinate projects, analyze system needs, and support implementation efforts to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires strong problem solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading academic medical center. Full-time day shift on-site expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering; or a Science degree with automation/process improvement focus; or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years experience in systems problem solving, purchasing developing applications, testing programs, managing implementations and conversions.
• Two years project management experience with software implementations and ongoing support.
• Two years leadership experience guiding users of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Takes initial requests, defines scope, urgency and opportunities for benefits.
• Develops project plans including objectives, scope, and benefits in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinates hardware, software, networks and training for implementations.
• Acts as liaison between vendor, IT Services and users on implementations, upgrades and support.
• Analyzes and creates reports for customers using LG business software tools.
• Designs training materials and readiness plans for staff.
