Responsibilities

• Responsible for vendor management including contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, and product evaluations.
• Reviews work of lower level personnel to ensure satisfaction with service offerings.
• Performs personnel reviews and salary-related evaluations.
• Prepares periodic IT department budgets and ensures adherence.
• Monitors compliance with IS procedures and policies and reports findings to IT leadership.
• Develops and implements Information Technology strategies with management.
• Establishes and monitors operational KPIs and productivity standards.
