Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Department Manager 3 to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering group in Roy, UT, Huntsville, AL or Manhattan Beach, CA. Relocation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience or Master's Degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance and Special Program Access
• US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance within the last 6 years
• Experience in requirements development/management using DOORS or similar tool
• Experience in model development/management using CAMEO or similar tool
• Experience in Model Based System Engineering with understanding of DoDAF and SysML

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of engineers across Launch Systems, Facility Infrastructure, and ICBM Sustainment.
• Own people, processes, and tools to support programs' missions.
• Recruiting, staffing, and retaining talent to deliver on objectives.
• Support proposal work, independent technical reviews, program standup and audits.
• Own and lead improvements across employee engagement, hiring, development, training, attraction, and retention of top talent.
• Mentor, develop, and train section managers and the overall employee base.
• Review engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and data control activities
