Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the EUAS Product Office within the Army’s PM Uncrewed Aircraft Systems. You will help translate user needs into technical requirements and support verification, architecture, and integration across UAS capabilities.

Responsibilities include MBSE-driven architecture, DoDAF artifact development, and coordination with government teams, OEMs, and developers to ensure interoperable solutions and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or software field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in systems engineering, requirements development or verification.
• Strong MBSE, DoDAF, and complex systems integration knowledge.
• Experience with Army aviation acquisition processes.
• Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and propose mitigations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, refine, and trace system requirements to needs and verifications.
• Support architecture, MBSE, and interface definitions across hardware and software.
• Coordinate with OEMs, government teams, and developers on changes and compatibility.
• Conduct trade studies and assessments to inform architecture decisions.
• Prepare briefings and status reports for leadership.
• Support test planning, readiness reviews, and test results evaluation.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions across the life cycle.
• Assist IPTs, CCBs, and design reviews.
• Ensure MOSA alignment in system designs.
• Prepare IMS inputs and schedule dependencies.
• Maintain DoDAF products across viewpoints.
